Firstly, again I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.

I understand that this is still an anxious time for most people and the ongoing uncertainty about the future — however it is also a perfect time to rethink how we live our lives.

The Covid crisis can be a catalyst for change for the better — a shared moment that we are all in…….

All we have is this moment and the choices it presents

We’re being gifted to go inward and overcome what we can control — our minds and our bodies — spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.

Remember we create the reality in which we live.

You’re always one decision away from a totally different life

So make your dreams so big and inspiring that they make your problems seem insignificant by comparison

The first step is to understand that you’re always creating your reality with your self-image and how you treat yourself. Most of us spend our whole lives doing this unconsciously.

It is time to become conscious of your self-image and your self-talk and begin to use positive thinking techniques to feel what you want before you have it.

Create a constant affirmation meditation to visualise success and ‘feel’ it in your nervous system. ‘Feel’ being the operative word.

This is how you use positive affirmations as a powerful tool to reprogram your subconscious mind and visualise images to create what you want to become a reality.

You have to break the unconscious negativity and resistance

You are worthy of empowering relationships.

Financial abundance.

Fulfilling, meaningful work that feels like play and that inspires you.

A rejuvenated body that feels energised and healthy.

Having it all in this way is your divine right, though I know it can seem like a pipe dream if you have been focused on the physical reality with all its dramas and chaos.

And yet, the choice is yours — you can create a life that feels really good all the time if you choose to optimise your mind.

So get passionate about your life

We can learn a lot of lessons about our own growth process from the butterfly life cycle. The process of metamorphosis relates in many ways with our own moments of transformation.

You have the power to completely transform your reality. All it takes is a few simple steps……

Three things to do to consciously create what you want:

1.) Focus and become consciously aware of what you want — however the habitual perception is it’s not there — so your perception and thoughts focus on not there — the absence of it……these are unconscious habits that see and feel normal…… but your thoughts and feelings will create your current reality of NOT there.

So break your unconscious habits and make that easy shift to start transforming your life. Create your future as though what you want has already happened. *Affirm and visualise it in your imagination and in meditation — just 15 minutes a day can change your life in @90 days. Repetition, repetition, repetition is the key.

2.) Everything is energy — what you want already exists — energy is never created or destroyed.

So focus on the presence of it. Be grateful for what has happened in your life — feel gratitude for this great life you have created in your mind which will create a higher vibration and align you to your dreams and bring it to reality.

3.) What did you observe and learn from your parents?

You will mirror that in your current circumstances….so reprogram your current subconscious. The cells in your brain wire together — so retrain and rewire your brain with affirmations, visualisation, gratitude, forgiveness, meditation, exercise in nature and self-love for a positive future.

Upgrade your life one step at a time — with these small action changes………

Perhaps the butterfly is proof that you can go through a great deal of darkness and still become something beautiful.

Remember — butterflies lead you to the transformational sunny side of life.

And everyone deserves a sunny future.
